Download documents

The Documents Center contains all the documents related to you, such as previous employment information, qualifications, payslips, and Form 16. This section makes all the documents available in one place and at any point in time. You can view and download these documents for your reference. 

To navigate to the Document Center page, click Document Center.

Documents are categorized under the following tabs:

1. Documents: This option gives you access to all the documents related to you, such as previous employment information, qualifications.

2. Payslips: This option gives you access to all the payslips released by the company till date in chronological order.

3. Form 16: This form is the TDS certificate provided by the employer certifying details regarding the salary you have earned during the year. TDS also tells you the amount which has been deducted from your salary. Here, you can download the form to view this information, after it is released by your HR.

Download documents

You can download your relevant documents from the given categories. To download these documents, perform the following actions:

1. On the Document Center page, point to the relevant category and click View All. These categories are Document, Payslips, and Form 16. The relevant category page opens.

2. Navigate to relevant document using Jump To navigation list.

3. Click the arrow > to view the download link.

4. Click the Download icon to download the required documents.
